In an era of rapid change, typified by a global pandemic, economic pressures, resulting in increased financial burdens on already struggling households, concerns about job security, over dependence on technology to perform day to day activities, resulting in increasing levels of loneliness and growing pressures on young people to conform with unrealistic expectations from their peers and social media.
Today, more people than ever are struggling to cope.
